Unlike trading brokers, Omega Overseas operates its own dedicated manufacturing facility at Digberia Tentultala Road, Madhyamgram, Kolkata. Everything from fabric inspection, automated cutting, screen printing, stitching, to final packaging is handled under direct supervisory control.

Rigorous 3-Step Quality Checking
Fabric inspection before cutting, in-line checking during printing and stitching, and a final 100% piece-by-piece inspection before packing into heavy-duty 5-ply export corrugated cartons.
PP Lamination Over Polythene
For water-resistant and high-durability linings, we intentionally avoid polythene films. We utilize Polypropylene (PP) lamination for safer degradation, with LDPE available strictly upon request.
